Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all Dimension One and Dimension Prime members of One Sixth Dimension.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Duration & Commitment

• All memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 months.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

• Where monthly billing is selected, the full 12-month term remains contractually required.

• Failure to complete all 12 monthly payments will result in termination of membership benefits.

If the membership is cancelled, suspended, or payment fails before the full 12-month term is completed:

• All membership benefits will immediately cease.

• Any pre-orders placed during the membership period will no longer be eligible for First Batch upgrade or other member privileges.

2. Eligibility of Member Benefits

• Membership benefits apply only to orders placed after the first successful membership payment.

• Orders placed prior to membership activation are not eligible for retrospective benefits.

• Membership is strictly tied to the email address used at checkout and is non-transferable.

3. First Batch Definition (Dimension One)

“First Batch” refers to the initial allocation released by Hot Toys in China time.

Important clarifications:

• First Batch status does not mean dispatch on the first day of global release.

• Transit from Hot Toys to the One Sixth Dimension warehouse requires processing and shipping time.

• Subject to availability, First Batch pre-orders are expected to dispatch within approximately 3 weeks from supplier release.

• First Batch is distinct from media promotion releases or review samples.

• Dispatch timelines may be adjusted due to product allocation, supplier delays, holidays, customs clearance, or logistical circumstances.

• One Sixth Dimension reserves the right to adjust dispatch timing based on product availability and operational requirements.

4. Main Batch Definition (Dimension Prime)

Priority Main-Batch Pre-Order Release for Prime members means:

• Your order will be prioritised for dispatch at the beginning of the Main Batch allocation period.

• In certain circumstances, an upgrade to First Batch may occur where availability allows, but this is not guaranteed.

• Subject to availability, Main Batch pre-orders are expected to dispatch within approximately 2 months of supplier release.

All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Loss of Membership Benefits

Membership benefits remain active only while the membership is in good standing.

If:

• A payment is missed

• A charge is declined

• The subscription is cancelled

• The full 12-month commitment is not completed

Then:

• All benefits immediately cease

• Pending pre-orders revert to standard batch allocation

• Free First Batch upgrades are withdrawn

6. Dispatch & Availability Disclaimer

All dispatch timeframes are subject to:

• Manufacturer production schedules

• Allocation quantity received

• Shipping carrier performance

• Customs and import processing

• Public holidays in supplier or warehouse regions

One Sixth Dimension does not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not liable for manufacturer delays.

7. General Conditions

• Membership is exclusive and non-transferable.

• Benefits may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

• One Sixth Dimension reserves the right to amend membership benefits where operationally necessary.

• Abuse of membership privileges may result in termination without refund.
