Pre Order

A preorder guarantees your reservation for the upcoming release, securing your item in advance. The price is fixed, so you won’t need to worry about inflation or future price increases.

Buyer can choose to pre order in FULL PRICE

Items paid in full will be shipped as soon as the figure is released, with full-payment orders given priority shipping ahead of other orders.

Buyers have the option to place a preorder by paying a Deposit.

• Buyers will be charged a deposit at the time of placing the preorder. The remaining balance will be charged once the figure is released. After the balance is paid in full, we will ship your order within 3–5 working days.

• The balance can be paid via PayPal invoice or Stripe, which allows payment by credit card. Invoices will be sent to the email address you registered with us.

• Customers must settle the balance within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this period will result in the preorder being forfeited, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

• If you wish to be invoiced in a currency other than GBP, One Sixth Dimension reserves the right to charge applicable currency exchange fees.

Cancellation of a Pre Order

• Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment. If you change your mind within the first 24 hours, we can issue a refund in the form of store credit only.

• If you wish to cancel your preorder for any reason after this period, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted, and an additional 15% payment processing fee will apply.

• If the project is officially cancelled by the manufacturer, we will issue you a full refund.
