Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Orders

Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for tracking updates. Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information once your order has been shipped. One Sixth Dimension is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items where the tracking status shows “Delivered.” We are also not liable for errors made by your local post office or shipping carrier.

For delayed shipments, possible causes may include postal errors, peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions. If your shipment is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience. Orders delayed for more than 60 days from the posting date will be considered lost.

Customs and Import Charges

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees in your destination country. Please check with your local customs office for any applicable charges before placing your order.

If you would like us to declare a lower item value on the shipping label to help reduce potential charges, please contact us before placing your order.

Should you refuse to pay the tariff and the parcel is returned to us, your refund will be processed only after deducting the original shipping fees, the tariff amount, and a 20% administrative fee.

Exchanges and Replacement Parts

All small parts and accessories undergo strict quality inspections before shipping. However, we encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if you encounter any issues. To assist us in assessing your claim, please provide detailed information along with clear close-up and full-shot photos of the problem.

While we will always do our best to assist, One Sixth Dimension reserves the sole right to determine whether an item is considered defective and whether a refund, replacement, or partial compensation will be issued. Replacement parts are not guaranteed and are subject to availability from the manufacturer.

We take care to pack all products securely to reduce the risk of damage during international transit. However, we cannot guarantee that boxes will arrive in flawless condition. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as light bends, small creases, or slightly dented corners are considered normal for transit and will not qualify for a replacement box, refund, or compensation.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

All returns are subject to a deduction of a 20% administrative fee and a 15% payment processing fee, in addition to any original shipping charges.

Before returning any item, please contact onesixthdimensioninfo@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Only items with an approved Return Authorization will be accepted.

We do not accept returns for used, opened, or altered items. Damage caused by improper use, handling, or lack of maintenance is not covered under our return policy. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Privacy

One Sixth Dimension will never sell or share your personal information with any third party. All information provided is stored securely on encrypted servers.

Preorder Products

Some products in our store are available for preorder. These are items we expect to receive from the manufacturer in the near future. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. Product images usually show pre-production prototypes. The final product may differ slightly in color or content.

  2. Shipping will be calculated once the preorder item has been released.

  3. Estimated shipment dates are provided by the manufacturer. One Sixth Dimension is not responsible for delays. By placing a preorder, you understand that deposit payments are non-refundable, even if the manufacturer delays production. We will ship as soon as we receive the products.

  4. Manufacturers sometimes ship in “batches.” Preorders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

  5. If you choose to cancel your preorder for personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation of a Pre Order

Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment. If you change your mind within the first 24 hours, we can issue a refund in the form of store credit only.

If you wish to cancel your preorder for any reason after this period, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted, and an additional 15% payment processing fee will apply.

If the project is officially cancelled by the manufacturer, we will issue you a full refund.
